The previous weekend, February 27-28, the Feldman Ecopark celebrated the holiday of folk artisans. The visitors of the Regional landscape park tried their hands in handmade work: they made children’s eco-toys and wooden letters compositions. The latter will be used during the celebration of Maslenitsa: after making words symbolizing bad associations with winter they will be thrown into the fire. According to the old popular belief, this is the way to release from the negative memories and to start a new life.
The entertaining programme will also include striking dance competitions and grand parade of animals of the Feldman Ecopark.
Every guest of the Ecopark was able to spend time in the company of cheerful entertainers and demonstrate dancing skills during the competitions. The most graceful, cheerful and energetic participants were awarded with sweet prizes.
