This weekend, on September 30 and on October 1, the Art Picnic in Feldman Ecopark by Slava Frolova carried out the last weekend in this aestivo-autumnal season.
The musical programme became the main event of the season’s closing. The musicians capable to satisfy the most different tastes took part in it. The Kharkiv Dostoievskii FM band that is considered as one of the main discoveries of this year on the Ukrainian stage, a world-renowned pianist and composer Yevhen Khmara, cheerful and always positive Roman Rybin with the “Bangladesh” band and other bright singers performed for the Art Picnic’s guests. The captain of KVN team “Dear City” Dmytro Sidorov added humor and good mood to this day.
Besides, numerous guests of the Art Picnic were able to take part in the highly topical sports programme, to acquire new knowledge and skills at versatile lectures and master classes for children and adults, to show their talents in art workshop under the open sky, to watch demonstration performances of dance groups and many other activities.
“On the Kharkiv Art Picnic I’ve got acquainted with a large number of bright and talented people. For example, I was so much impressed by the “Vakhtery” playback theatre recreating the stories told by the audience on the stage that I just couldn’t put their performance down. The Theatre of the Absurd Vorobushek made huge impressions with their improvisations. I can’t but mention Olena Kudryavtseva bringing together a large number of people in the art zone every weekend. Master classes in the 3D pen painting… And there was a huge set of such people and events for these two months!” — the coordinator of the project of Art Picnic Alla Tymoshenko emphasized. – The Feldman Ecopark is a place with amazing energy, and the main thing I remember for these weekends – it is the positive atmosphere, friendliness and full mutual understanding”.
“I can say for sure that the rest format with impact caught the fancy of Kharkiv citizens. During 9 weekends of the Art Picnic in Feldman Ecopark about 100 actors and musicians performed, hundreds of various events, for example, more than 80 sports master classes and more than 120 children’s activities were held. Tens of thousands of people became participants and spectators of the events. I’m deeply grateful to all involved and I hope for new meetings at the Art Picnic” — the initiator of the Art-Picnic, the famous TV host Slava Frolova noted.
