Kids from the Theatre of Children and Animals of the Feldman Ecopark are among the best young biologists of the country: the young naturalists won the top places in the all-Ukrainian scientific work competitions.
The second place of the All-Ukrainian competition of inventive and rationalization projects in the ecological and naturalistic field was won by Khrystyna Sementsova. The competent judges highly appreciated the young naturalist’s research work titled “Ability of ungulates for extrapolation”
In addition, Khrystyna Sementsova also won the second place in the XII All-Ukrainian competition of zoologists and breeders with the same research. Kateryna Kanevska and Kateryna Kravchenko successfully defended poster competition with the work “Enrichment of parrots’ habitat in captivity.” They have got ‘bronze.’
It should be noted that the participants of the Club of young naturalists of the Feldman Ecopark take part in the all-Ukrainian forums and competitions every year. They present their personal researches preceded by the years of laborious work. In the Ecopark, the kids have the great opportunity to study the behavioural peculiarities and abilities to training of both exotic and domestic animals.
The young naturalists of the Feldman Ecopark are now preparing to the presentation of reports during the “Intel Eco Ukraine” competition, winning which they will be entitled to represent the country during the international final, Intel International Science and Engineering Fair.
