Young Athena from Santa House Feldman became a champion of the World Kennel Show

Athena, the fosterling of the Kharkiv Molosser Kennel Santa House Feldman became the young world champion at the prestigious exhibition of dogs of WORLD DOG SHOW & German Winner Show which took place from November 8 to November 12 in Leipzig (Germany). This one year old dog of the Dogo Canario breed, rare for Ukraine (the Canary mastiff) performed on the international stage

for the first time. It has been recognized as the best (in its group and class) from more than 30 thousand dogs of different breeds which arrived from 73 countries for participation in the most significant and large-scale kennel event of 2017.

“We’re really proud of the victory of our favorite on such representative and grandiose show. Not only Athena deserved recognition of the competent international jury and won hearts of tens of thousands of spectators – all pets of the Dogo Canario and the Neapolitan Mastiff breeds were highly appreciated by the experts. This fact confirms that our kennel chose the right direction in development of national thoroughbred dog breeding” — the director of the Santa House Feldman Valerii Uvarov told.

It should be reminded that the Santa House Feldman kennel has for more than 10 years been involved with professional breeding of the Molosser dogs in Ukraine. Santa House Feldman is registered by the Federation Cynologique Internationale (FCI) since 2006. Today the kennel contains more than 100 dogs of 15 breeds which are a part of Molosser group: the Neapolitan Mastiff, the Cane Corso, the Bordeaux Mastiff (French Mastiff), the English Mastiff, the bullmastiff, the Fila Brasileiro (Brazilian Mastiff), the Argentine Mastiff, the English bulldog, the Korean Mastiff, the Tibetan Mastiff, the Spanish Mastiff, the Alano Español, the Dogo Canario (Canary mastiff), the Boerboel and the St. Bernard dog. For the last 8 years dogs of the kennel regularly became winners and prize-winners of the international dog shows which took place in Austria, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, Holland, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Russia, Slovakia, France, Croatia and the Czech Republic.
