Colors of Life Exhibition to Open in AVEC Gallery

The exhibition of works by Kharkiv painter Oleksandr Vynnyk “Colors of Life” will be opened on the second floor of the AVEC Gallery (70, Sumska Str.) on February 22 at 6 p.m. The author will present more than two tens works painted in different genres. According to him, he derives plots for his works from life, likes to represent the nature of the native land, villagers, animals, fields and the sky.

“Oleksandr Vynnyk’s painting comprises energy and passion, spontaneous dynamism of a brushstroke, transparency and contrasts of paints, poetics of the Ukrainian national color. The alternation of saturated color accents creates the maximum emotional and psychological impact in his works — art critics emphasize. — A painter maneuvers at the cutting edge of free associations; his stylistic range is wide — from a realistic plein-airism to impressionist visions and decorative searches.”
It should be noted that Oleksandr Vynnyk was born in Nova Vodolaha where he currently lives and works. Graduated from the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Fine Arts, Oleksandr is a member of the Ukrainian National Union of Artists. Author’s works are regularly exhibited at personal, All-Ukrainian, regional exhibitions and at art events as well. Oleksandr Vynnyk’s works are exhibited in the Kharkiv Art Museum, the Sviatohirs’k History and Culture Museum, the Bakhchisaray Museum as well as in private collections of Ukraine, Morocco, Poland, Russia, the USA, Croatia, the Czech Republic and other countries.

It will be possible to watch the exhibition “Colors of Life” by Oleksandr Vynnyk on the second floor of the AVEC Gallery till the end of March.

The AVEC Gallery (70, Sumska str.) is open every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. The entrance is free!
