The Feldman Ecopark and the AVEC Gallery are going to join the celebration of the International Yoga Day on June 20. This event is officially celebrated this year in our country upon an initiative of the Embassy of India and the Ukrainian Yoga Federation, as well as the range of yoga schools and NGOs. It will be possible to become familiar with yoga in Kharkiv under the support of municipal council in three logations: Svobody square (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) AVEC Gallery (1 p.m. to 3 p.m.) and Feldman Ecopark (noon to 6 p.m.)In particular, it is planned to give lectures in the AVEC Gallery:
- 1.15 p.m. — “Practice’s nuances during pregnancy” (by Viktoriia Yevsiukova);
- 2 p.m. — “Meditation against procrastination. Advices for every day” (Kseniia Shcherbak);
- 2.30 p.m. — “Yoga – health improvement in breathing” (Olena Akhrameieva).
The Feldman Ecopark’s programme includes:
- Acroyoga (mix of yoga and acrobatics);
- Fly Yoga (yoga in hammocks);
- Kid’s yoga;
- Mehndi (decoration of hands), funny photo stands, art corner, learning of animals’ postures, Indian dances.
In addition, the photo exhibition of YogaTravel “The world through the eyes of yogis” takes place in the AVEC Gallery (72, Sumska Str. small hall) from June 11 to June 30.
It will be possible to get to the Feldman Ecopark from the AVEC Gallery by company’s buses leaving at 2.30 p.m. and 3.10 p.m.
The entrance is free for all events.
