Tasty weekend took place in Feldman Ecopark

Last weekend, on October 21 and 22, the Feldman Ecopark’s guests could participate in cooking contests where they not only showed the culinary abilities and knowledge, but won prizes and learned a lot of new about cooking and confectionery skills.

It was possible to participate and to support friends and relatives in several tasting competitions by taking part in the comic and educational game for children and adults The Chef is Me!!!. The tasting competition “The Dinner is Served!” was prepared for the youngest visitors of Feldman Ecopark. The mothers competed in quantity and originality of their own recipes while the fathers demonstrated their practical skills in potato cleaning competition on speed and quality. Everyone was able to take part in eco-salad cooking for the animals of Ecopark. The taste test was carried out by the camel on the main path.

“The contest Children’s Nutrition Taste was prepared as a surprise for our visitors. Its participants had to define the main ingredient of different vegetable and fruit purees to the taste, without seeing the label. Besides, they had to establish the ingredients of tasted product. Though it wasn’t easy, there were those who managed to cope with this task. The winners got prizes – the lunchboxes” — Feldman Ecopark’s director Andrii Roshchupkin told.

Besides, the classical music (clarinet and saxophone) was played in an arbour near Swan Lake for those who wished some spiritual food. “Avzhezh!” band not only entertained the Feldman Ecopark’s visitors with live music, but also suggested the audience of an interactive concert to become musicians, playing a drum or a tambourine.

The Theatre of Children and Animals shared the secrets with the most devoted admirers, having organized a special humane training master class. Other master classes working these days in the Regional Landscape Park were devoted to clay modeling and ribbon Shambhala bracelet braiding.
