Traditional Pedigree Show Autumn Ball Took Place in Feldman Ecopark

An annual exhibition of all breeds of dogs, as a pedigree show Autumn Ball 2019 took place in Feldman Ecopark on Sunday, September 22. Despite the rainy and fresh weather, the exhibition traditionally attracted attention of a large number of Kharkiv citizens and city guests as well as gathered hundreds of participants and thousands of spectators.

The organizer of the seventh exhibition Autumn Ball is the Kharkiv City Department of the Kennel Union of Ukraine “Priroda” under the support of the International Charitable Foundation “Oleksandr Feldman Foundation” and Santa House Feldman kennel.
The representatives of more than 50 breeds demonstrated their beauty and agility. According to the organizers, among the most popular breeds – Chihuahua, Yorkshire terrier, Biewer Terrier, Schnauzer, Zvergpinscher and Cane Corso. Winners in different types of programme estimated by professional jury received cups and prizes.

The highlight of this year’s exhibition was the agility contest “Oleksandr Feldman Foundation Cup,” which was held at the Autumn Ball for the first time. Besides, within the framework of the exhibition a Champions competition, a Young Handler competition, a Child and Dog competition, mondio, freestyle (dancing with dogs), as well as Dog show and master classes Live clay, Friendship bracelet, Author is me! took place, the Kharkiv creative teams performed.

It is not just a professional dog exhibition, targeted at canine specialists, it is a large-scale event aimed at popularization of canine science. Special attention here is always paid to children, we introduce them to dogs of different breeds, show what beautiful animals they are and teach them to take care of them. After all, communication with animals teaches children kindness, responsible attitude to life and forms other important qualities. Besides, we conduct many interesting competitions for children, such as: drawing contest, creation of dogs from balls and much more. Children were able to ride horses and ponies and even to see the life of American Indians, – the director of the Santa House Feldman Valerii Uvarov told.
