The competition took place within the programme “My Eco-path,” which is implemented thanks to the support of the ICF “Oleksandr Feldman Foundation” as one of the fields of its sports and social project, the 1,000 Teams Tournament.

All participants were able to keep their start numbers and certificates of distance covering as a souvenir.
Tasty dinner, photo shoot and competitive programmes prepared by the entertainers concluded both days for the participants of the tournaments.
“The sporty Kharkiv and Kharkiv oblast demonstrated its potential this weekend at the highest level. We are glad that Feldman Ecopark’s ski and orienteering competitions gathered hundreds of children who strive for best results. It was especially amazing to watch the kids who took part in the competitions for the first time,” the director of Feldman Ecopark Andrii Roshchupkin told. “We are glad that it is Feldman Ecopark that became the place for them to demonstrate their first sports results. It is very symbolic. For the younger generation, we will continue to expand the horizons of sports projects and hold even more similar wonderful meetings.”
The bright and cheerful finale of the two-day winter competitions was the Parade of Snowmen. The athletes and the other visitors readily put on the images of snowmen in order to walk along the main square of Feldman Ecopark to the music and the applause. The flash mob was organized specially for two dates: the World Snow Day and the International Hug Day. These two holidays were harmoniously united by Olaf the Snowman, who likes hugs. Olaf became not only the initiator of the Parade of his fellows, but also the Feldman Ecopark’s hug record holder.
