The World Health Day was celebrated in the Feldman Ecopark with the open-air training carried out for the guests. All variants of physical training were taken into account. The youngest visitors and their parents were able to do their morning physical exercises together with the playful fairy-tale characters. As for successful athletes, there were proper exercises for them as well: the best masters of the city carried out an open CrossFit training for everyone to be able to try various muscle-building exercises under the accurate control of experienced trainers.
“The World Health Day is a professional holiday for us. Everyone can come to the Ecopark to have a breath of fresh air, to enjoy the beauty of the nature, to go in for sports, or just to rest with children and friends far from the hustle and bustle of a big city. Our Centre of Psychosocial Rehabilitation is the core of health-improving projects of the Ecopark. It works every day, providing the psychocorrection sessions, including the animal-assisted therapy for the ATO participants, their families, and for the children suffering from different psychic and musculoskeletal disorders. Happy and healthy generation of Ukrainians is our priority purpose today,” Ukrainian MP and the founder of the Ecopark Oleksandr Feldman told.
While the guests of the Feldman Ecopark strengthened their health with the bracing training, the young naturalists of inspected the general state of Kharkiv’s owls. The young scientist went to the woodland park in order to help experienced experts to keep records of such foresters as tawny owl. The skilled biologists of the V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University climbed up the trees and tried to find out who had settled down in birds’ houses and whether there are eggs. Children made records of the gathered information immediately. The young naturalists were able to learn many interesting facts about owls from the biologists: their food, the place of nesting and the time of breeding.
It should be noted that the part of the entertaining program of the weekend in the Feldman Ecopark was devoted to the forthcoming International Day of Human Space Flight. The guests were surprised with space photo shoots and interesting excursions to the mobile planetarium.
