Tiger Day celebrated in Feldman Ecopark

Last weekend, the visitors to the Social and Humanitarian Multi-Complex became participants of the cheerful holiday “In the Footsteps the Master of the Taiga”, had a good time in the company of noble predators, were able to flaunt their knowledge of “whiskered-striped”, having learned a lot of new about those tigers represented in the animal collection of Feldman Ecopark.

On Saturday and Sunday, “Cheerful Tiger Starts” were organized for young visitors to Feldman Ecopark to mark the Tiger Day. Everyone was able to look like a tiger with the help of tiger face painting and to learn how to make an origami on the master classes.

Fascinating family tiger quest was organized in Feldman Ecopark on Sunday. The families wished to become participants of this unusual event received a prospectus with interesting facts about tigers in general and questions about those their relatives who live in Feldman Ecopark. “We have tried to acquaint the visitors to the Multi-Complex with our tigers closer by means of this tiger quest. Certainly, we understand that not all our friends can possess comprehensive information on animals of the Feldman Ecopark’s animal collection. Therefore, we placed the plates in the form of a pad with hints on the cages with tigers and other representatives of Felidae. Thus, the participants of our quest met our striped pets” — the organizers of the festivities told.

However, to cope with the quest, it was necessary not only to answer questions and to take a selfie near the cage with animals, but also to make the personal origami tiger. The participants in addition to good pastime won memento souvenirs from Feldman Ecopark.

The thematic photo zone this day was called “Am I bigger than a tiger?”, memento pictures were taken with a plastic figure of a predator almost in the full size. The main heroes of the holiday were not left without festive dainty.

Dainties have been also prepared for raccoons in connection with a ceremonial opening of their new modern enclosures. Those who were present at a festivity received gifts from a raccoon – pins with his muzzle and a commemorative inscription.

As usual, during the weekend in Feldman Ecopark, the live classic music concert “In Harmony with Nature” sounded at the pavilion near the Swan Lake, the run bike rental for the little ones was open. It was possible to realize the creative potential in the open-air art studio and to watch the performance “Karabas-Show” by the actors of the Theatre of Children and Animals.
