In Feldman Eсopark the new sports project – the Ski Сlub opened. It’s directed at cultivating children’s healthy and mobile lifestyle, development of dexterity, force, speed and coordination. There are skiing trainings and biathlete basic trainings. More than 30 children already attend the club’s classes; further their quantity plan to be increased to several hundred.
“The skiing trainings include not only skiing, but also run, roller skis, outdoor games, so called all-physical training which is necessary for children. It is fascinating sport promoting the child’s all-round development: physical, psychological and social”, – the head of the club Svetlana Ilyinskikh tells.
As specialists note, skiing benefits for children is the correct forming of breath, hardening, vestibular mechanism development; cardiovascular system strengthening, increase in endurance, working efficiency and tone of the organism, development of leg muscles of and press strengthening.
“We plan that the Ski Club Feldman Ecopark will become the training center for athletes of Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region; this warrants a qualitative training of a sports reserve. In the future it will be possible to hold All-Ukrainian and international competitions on its base “, – the director Feldman Ecopark Andrey Roshchupkin noted.
Today the Ski Club provides the activities in different groups (depending on age and training level) which take place three times a week: on Thursdays from 16:00 till 18:00, to Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 till 12:00. Children aged from 6 up to 14 years, persons interested to register in trainings, can address by ph. 050-186-27-50, 063-432-44-36.
It should be reminded that in Feldman Ecopark within “1000 Teams Tournament” different types of sport and active recreation are developing. The program covers futsal, table tennis, volleyball, street ball trainings, skiing competitions, cyclo-cross, cross-country run, different types of gymnastics, chess and other sports.
