Last Saturday, the horse riders of Feldman Ecopark gained a convincing victory at the Open Dressage Competition of Kharkiv oblast. The Feldman Ecopark Horse Complex’s instructor Anna Strelnikova and her horse Monarchia won the first place in the OM open class and the second place in the OL open class, while her trainee Alevtina Oleinikova with the same horse won the first place among juniors (Category – preliminary prize “Children”).
“The competitions were quite important, and we are satisfied with our results. It was somewhat of a debut for our Monarchia, and it was quite successful. It is a young horse (only 6 years old), but it was able to leave very experienced rivals behind with dignity,” the instructor of the Feldman Ecopark Horse Complex Anna Strelnikova told. “We are planning to take part in several regional championships in Kharkiv and Dnipro oblasts together with Monarchia soon.”
It should be noted that the athletes and the four-legged assistants of Feldman Ecopark take part in horse riding competitions of various level on a regular basis and always demonstrate high results.
It should be reminded that the Feldman Ecopark Horse Complex was opened in 2013. Nearly 300 children and teenagers aged 2.5-18 constantly attend it. The elder children learn classic and non-Olympic kinds of equestrian sport, and the methods of soft training of horses. There is a Pony Club for kids, where they attend the ‘Kindness Lessons’ to learn the elements of care of ungulates and the rules of safe contact with them. There is a total of 38 horses, 28 ponies and 14 donkeys in the Feldman Ecopark Horse Complex.
