Pupils of younger group “We Grow in Ecopark” of the Club of Young Naturalists Feldman Ecopark create unique and useful toys for monkeys. These occupations are part of the developing summer program provided for children aged from the 3rd till 6 years in Ecopark. One of the first works is sweet pictures for primates.
“We grease a basis with fresh honey, and then on sticky surface children represent various patterns, objects, images – everything their imagination wants. Pictures from sunflower seeds and dried fruits are created. These edible drawings – especially favourite delicacies for monkeys”, – the Club director of the Center of Early Development “We grow in Ecopark” Anna Garazhina tells.
Such toys have many healthy properties, experts Feldman Ecopark say. Handling material in such interactive form children develops motility of hands; develop creative thinking, train assiduity and attentiveness. The fact that this gift will fall then into the hands to one of the most favorite inhabitants Feldman Ecopark – to primates, is a special incentive. For monkeys such gifts is the pleasure: they study gifts with curiosity and serially taste each element of a picture, – is told in Ecopark.
Besides production of delicacies for animals during summer occupations of the Center of Early Development “We grow in Ecopark” children learn biology basics, draw, are engaged in a molding, and also try their hand in training, bringing up mice, cats, pigeons and goatlings.
