Today, we celebrate Victory Day, the day of victory over Nazism in the World War II. 72 years has passed after May 1945, the time of triumph of good over evil, and triumph of intellect over madness. But the time is not able to minimize the feats of the warriors who forged the great Victory and is not able to decrease the gratitude, with which we think of our fathers, grandfathers and great-grandfathers: both those who died on the battlefields, and those who managed to restore the destroyed country after the War. With the special respect we congratulate today those veterans of the war who is still in the ranks: exactly they are the best sample of firmness and the example to follow by the youth.
Victory Day is our common holiday, which must unite people instead of separating them. The feat of the heroes of the war will never been forgotten! And the memory of that terrible war must prompt each of us to make everything possible for our children and grandchildren to have peaceful skies.
