The efficiency of work of the deputies’ union “For Kharkiv, for Sloboda Ukraine” could be much higher, said the Ukrainian MP, the co-chairman of the political party “Nash Krai” Okelsandr Feldman.
“The similar unions existed in the previous convocations of the Verkhovna Rada,” the politicians said. “Of course, the fact that there are attempts to regularly lobby for the interests of Kharkiv region is positive.”
According to the MP, unfortunately, the activity of the deputies’ union is often formal, but the situation may be changed. “This is the common problem: how to build the effective model of cooperation between the deputy corps of Kharkiv representatives in the Verkhovna Rada and the representatives of the local authorities in the city and the region. I should say that many regions are able to effectively lobby for their interests. And we have the potential for the efficient lobbyism of economic interests of Kharkiv region. We should just abandon all the partisan ambitions and to understand the most important science for any rank of politicians, namely the ability to unite for the achievement of common goals,” Oleksandr Feldman notes.
