On Sunday, October 23, hundreds of young naturalists together with their parents and friends gathered to celebrate the fourth birthday of their Club. On the occasion of the celebration, the parade of all groups and schools of young naturalist was held. All of them were united under the aegis of the Feldman Ecopark: the senior and the junior groups of biologists, the Theatre of Children and Animals, the Early Childhood Development Center “Growing up in the Ecopark,” the Master City, the Club of Young Cynologists, and the Horse Complex with its numerous units.
“Every year, we expand more and more. The Club was established when there were only twenty young naturalists, while there are over 700 of them now. Today, we accept new members and present the Club’s badges to them,” the head of the Feldman Ecopark’s Club of Young Naturalists Svitlana Pavlenko tells. “I am sure that they will get the unforgettable experience of the contact with animals here, they will acquire skills in the natural world knowledge, and will find new like-minded friends and responsive mentors.”
The founder of the Feldman Ecopark Oleksandr Feldman congratulated the members of the Club of Young Naturalists. Traditionally, children were presented the excursion trip to Kyiv during the next winter holidays. The celebration was closed by the performance of the Theatre of Children and Animals and the concert.
It should be reminded that the Feldman Ecopark’s Club of Young Naturalists is the largest in Ukraine among the similar out-of-school education facilities. Children of the Club are the repeated prize-winners of the national scientific competitions, the winners of numerous contests in equestrian and other kinds of sports.
