Everyone is able to become a volunteer of the brightest event of sociocultural life of Kharkiv in the end of summer through the beginning of autumn – Art Picnic by Slava Frolova in Feldman Ecopark! The organizers of the art event announce the recruitment of volunteers and field curators.
The main thing needed to become a volunteer of Art Picnic is the wish to become a part of the sociocultural event. The age, sex, education and experience are not important. “The key factors characterizing our volunteers are the wish to be socially useful, the tolerance towards others, the responsibility for own actions, and the understanding that you have a chance to change yourself and help others. Of course, we need communicative persons, but we will also find work for introverts,” the organizers note.
The volunteers will interact with the field curators and with the participants of Art Picnic, and to carry out various events. Their duties include the provision of information to the guests about the schedule of events and their locations, the participation in preparation of a project and the relevant location before the beginning of the activities. As the events during Art Picnic last for two months (August-September), everyone will be able to choose a suitable time.
All volunteers will definitely be able to find new friends (including young and popular artists, writers, musicians and other creative persons), to change experience and knowledge, to participate in master classes, lectures, lessons and meetings, and to have opportunities for implementation of own ideas. In addition, everyone who is confident in own organizational abilities and is full of ideas about the development of one of the directions of Art Picnic, the vacancies of volunteer curators of the fields are open. It should be reminded that all the residents and guests of the city of Kharkiv will be able to attend a new, fabulous event in Feldman Ecopark – Art Picnic hosted by a famous TV presenter Slava Frolova. It starts on August 5-6 and will last during nearly two months. It is planned to carry out events in ten directions at the same time: “Art and Culture,” “Sport” (“Mind and Body”), “Literature,” “Music,” “Movie,” “Theatre,” “Children,” “Good Deeds,” “Festivals and Fairs,” and “Meetings with Interesting People.”
Art Picnic is an annual open-air sociocultural festival aimed at the development and popularization of the modern Ukrainian culture and art. It was held for the first time in Kyiv in 2013.
