The shelter of the All-Ukrainian Service for Wild, Exotic and Domestic Animals Rescue “Feldman Ecopark Good Home” is always full of temporary fluffy residents: here you can find someone’s former favorites which for the unknown reasons are thrown out on the street and also those cats who weren’t lucky to feel a proprietary attitude. Thanks to Kharkiv volunteers all these children of misfortune got chance to live a happy life.The foundlings are fattened, bathed, treated, vaccinated, sent to photoshoots and, after a while, “in full feather” they are ready to appear before potential owners in announcement feed. One by one cats find houses, but there are such specific heroes to find the partner for whom is a difficult task.
The cat Volodia is the guy with a small secret into which he would like to let only the closest, because a man oughtn’t admit his deficiencies (and he is really strong and courageous cat). Because of constitutional peculiarities Volodia’s neb repeatedly ulcerates and exfoliates therefore it needs special care proved by experienced veterinarians. After long observations and inspections specialists came to a conclusion – the cat has atopic dermatitis. But the way out was found: to avoid an exacerbation of a disease, the cat needs to take a certain medicine and to keep a diet — to eat only porridge and meat. “Following these simple recommendations in animal care, there won’t be nothing left of the problem” — the head of service Iryna Podvoiska says.
White-headed Volodia is ready to compensate a bit troublesome, but quite feasible care by his endless love, he is terribly tired of living in a shelter and to watch how his friends are taken to new houses, and Volodia remains unbearably lonely.
“Volodia is very sensitive and well-mannered cat. The volunteers gave him a secret nickname “aristocrat”: he is very neat, never attacks and prefers eating alone and surely from a separate bowl — Iryna Podvoiska says. – Such cat will perfectly add any family in which are ready to accept Volodia’s small infirmity. Believe, over these years of loneliness and undamped belief to find the house – he deserved it”.
