Feldman Ecopark Renews Eat&Fly Challenge

Organizers promise presents for all participants

The Social and Humanitarian Multi-Complex Feldman Ecopark announces the start of the 3rd season of the national challenge Eat&Fly, the purpose of which is to help birds suffering from food shortage in winter.

In order to become a participant of the challenge, it is necessary to create a winter feeder for birds with the help of eco-materials (vegetables, wood, nuts, paper, etc.) The creativity in the process of bird feeders creation is welcomed. Master classes in their creation may be watched on Feldman Ecopark’s YouTube channel.

It is necessary to hang a feeder in the street, to put some food for birds in it, to take a photo and to post it on Instagram or Facebook with hashtag #съела_полетела. It is also necessary to tag Feldman Ecopark in the post and to subscribe to its page. Everyone who fulfills these conditions will get presents from Feldman Ecopark!

“Only a few minutes are needed to make a simple bird feeder with the help of improvised eco-materials. And we will show how to do it and instruct regarding all the details. It is very good not only for the birds. I think that the best way to instill kindness and humanity in our children is to make something good together – for example, a bird feeder. And it is necessary to not forget to put food in it, as not the cold is the most terrible thing for birds in winter, but hunger. It is easy to do good if there is a will,” the founder of Feldman Ecopark, Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Feldman emphasized.

It should be reminded that the Eat&Fly challenge aimed at the attraction of attention to the problems of birds spending winter in Ukraine was carried out by Feldman Ecopark for the first time in winter 2016-2017. More than 3,500 people from Kharkiv and other regions of Ukriane, including journalists, bloggers, volunteers, workers of different educational institutions and charitable organizations, students and school-children became the participants of the challenge at that time. All of the participants were awarded with creative presents from Feldman Ecopark – a bright cup. The special feature of the winter season 2017-2018 was the competition for the most creative bird feeder.
