The Confucius Institute Day will be marked in the Feldman Ecopark on Saturday. Everyone will be able to know more about China’s language, traditions and art, and to attend theme master classes.
The Confucius Institute Day will be marked in the Feldman Ecopark on Saturday, September 24. The programme includes the opening ceremony, mini concert with the participation of the teachers and students of the Confucius Institute of V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. The audience will see the traditional Chinese dances and listen to folk songs. It will be possible to listen about the art of drinking tea during the traditional Chinese tea ceremony.
In addition, the Confucius Institute will carry out the series of master classes in the Feldman Ecopark devoted to the art of Chinese hieroglyphs’ writing and creation of traditional Chinese vegetables paintings, learning the traditional Chinese art of paper-cutting, the secrets of the traditional art of tying knots, and the popular health-improving exercises tai chi.
Confucius Institutes are the global network of international cultural and educational centres existing since 2004 founded with the purpose of popularization of Chinese culture worldwide, development of friendly relations of China with the other countries. There are 4 Confucius Institutes in Ukraine opened under the universities, including V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
On Sunday, September 25, the visitors of the Horse Complex of the Feldman Ecopark will be able to enjoy a bright show. This unusual and fascinating event starts at 2 p.m.
Moreover, this weekend, interesting master classes in mehndi, micro-magic, scientific show presented by prof. Puzyrkov, quest prepared by Keyhole on the way to the park, the show presented by the Children of the Future band, the stilts, hula hoop and juggling lessons, the puppet play, different games and lotteries are waiting for the visitors of the Feldman Ecopark.
