Feldman Ecopark invites all citizens and guests of Kharkiv to attend a Great New Year’s Training on Sunday, December 23. Moreover, it will be possible to eat a tasty porridge cooked on fire and other delicacies; while on Monday and Tuesday, it will be possible to celebrate Christmas according to the Gregorian calendar (Christmas is celebrated on December 25 by Catholics, Protestants and some Orthodox believers).
“New Year and Christmas holidays are the most favourite time of absolutely everyone. They start this weekend, and we have already prepared a lot of treats and surprises for our visitors, including fragrant porridge cooked on fire (which together with hot baverages will be given at dinner time at the social food court near the central location on Saturday and Sunday) and chorba, Christmas kulish (near the restaurant “Filin” on Saturday and Sunday), as well as sweet surprises for children from Santa Claus (near the restaurant “Filin” on Saturday”)! And, of course, there will be a lot of New Year and Christmas entertainments,” the organizers tell.
On Sunday, a cheerful Christmas Tree will invite children and adults to train in New Year celebration. Game programme for children and adults “Great New Year’s Training” (starting at noon and at 1 p.m.) will include the serpentine streamer throwing competition for adults, active games with New Year accessories for children of any age and the competition “Decorate a Christmas Tree” for the little ones. The New Year karaoke “I’ll Sing Right Now!” will start at 2 p.m.: the kids will be proposed to sing a song “The forest Raised a Christmas Tree” on behalf of different animals, while adults will be offered to sing one of the favourite New Year songs.
In addition, the visitors will be able to attend a New Year’s game programme for life-size puppets (starting at 11.30 a.m.), a great New Year’s round dance around the Christmas Tree, Polka-DANCE (starting at 11 a.m. and 13.30 p.m.), as well as the thematic performance “Saint Nicholas’ Presents” by the Theatre of Children and Animals.
On Monday and Tuesday, the Social and Humanitarian Multi-Complex will celebrate Christmas. Everyone will have no time to be bored thanks to a Christmas game programe with life-size puppets and Ukrainian Christmas song “Shchedryk” performance with the help of musical instruments (starting at noon), “Christmas Quest” with five locations and cheerful and interesting tasks, coping with which it will be possible to collect a sweet Christmas gift (starting at noon), the Play&Learn location with developing children games (starting at 10 a.m.), and the game programme “Great New Year’s Training” (starting at 11 a.m. and 13.30 p.m.).
