This Sunday, April 3, at 6 p.m., the Feldman Ecopark is going to hold one of the most significant nature conservation events in Ukraine: the release of bats. During the cold season, the scientists of the Centre of Cheiroptera Rehabilitation of the Feldman Ecopark managed to save over 500 animals. Everyone will be able to participate in the release of bats. Those, who are planning to release the ‘night flyers’ with their own hand, should have gloves.
The weekend program of the Feldman Ecopark also includes the celebration of the April Fools’ Day. To make the visitors smile, the creative team prepared many cheerful actions and competitions, which will be carried out during the whole weekend from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Those who wish to look at themselves with a smile will be able to address to the professional caricaturist and get an original portrait. Several photo zones with theme decorations will work in the Ecopark to make funny and creative photos of the visitors. Moreover, everyone will be able to attend special master classes to learn how to make bright accessories of a comic – false moustache and smiles.
The central event of the April Fools’ Day will be a flashmob titled “Wild flying brick.” The guests will be able to free themselves from a heavy load to bear by creating a paper brick of own misfortunes, and, literally, to release it to the sky with the help of balloons. The organizers assure that there is no better way to get rid of a seasonal blues. The April Fools’ Day will be supplemented with the amazing shows of the artists of the Horse Complex and the Theatre of Children and Animals, which will show several performances during a day.
