Feldman Ecopark’s health-improving and educational camp may become a year-round one, said the founder of the Social and Humanitarian Multi-Complex, Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Feldman.
“In my childhood, everyone spent summers either at granny’s house in the village, or at a summer camp. I would like to preserve this tradition. This year, more than 10,000 children improved their health spending time outdoors in our camp. We will work further to make it possible for even more children to have an opportunity to have a rest in it, we will increase the number of sessions and expand the camp,” Oleksandr Feldman noted.
The politician told that he implements in Ecopark’s health-improving camp all the good things that were in his childhood adding all the good things of the modern times – technologies, humanistic values, tolerance. “The childhood of each child is the future of his/her parents, it is his/her own future and, globally, the future of the whole nation,” Mr. Feldman noted. He also thanked all of the workers for their selflessness: “Our team – the workers of the charitable foundation and Ecopark, educators and leaders, tour guides and entertainers – tried to do everything possible to make the impressions from the summer camp bright and the recollections unforgettable. And I express a huge heartfelt gratitude to all of them.”
It should be reminded that the fourth season of the children’s health-improving and educational camp of Feldman Ecopark ended this week. This year, more than 10,000 children from Kharkiv and oblast spent unforgettable time in the Social and Humanitarian Multi-Complex. Six-day session is a real kaleidoscope of games, developing lessons, master classes carried out by the professionals of the Master City, excursions of Ecopark, walking tours, orienteering and, of course, acquaintance with its four-legged residents, as well as the walks along its picturesque neighbourhood. In turn, children were awarded with unforgettable experience from their visits to the Horse Complex, Pony Farm, Good Donkey farm, and the Young Dog Handlers Club. Among the novelties of Feldman Ecopark’s summer camp are the interesting lectures about the animal world given by a renowned biologist and eco-journalist, author and director of popular scientific TV shows Andrii Hapchenko and the excursions of the Superior Golf & Spa Resort with the induction golf lessons. Like the previous season, this one included the special programme for children with special needs.
It should be noted that all children have a rest in Feldman Ecopark’s health-improving and educational camp free of charge.
