Ukrainian MP, the founder of Kyiv Interfaith Forum Oleksandr Feldman may become a member of the board of the international organization Religions for Peace.
Ukrainian delegation informed that the candidacy of the MP appeared in the offers to the new board, which will be approved on October 18-19 during the assembly in Rome.
The founder of Kyiv Interfaith Forum Oleksandr Feldman is a single representative of Ukraine in Religions for Peace.
It should be reminded that Religions for Peace is an influential international religious and pacifist organization with the headquarters in New York. It has a consultative status with UNESCO, UNICEF and United Nations Economic and Social Council.
The organization unites religious figures from 92 countries of the world.
William F. Vendley is the Secretary General of the organization.
