According to the constituency office of MP Oleksandr Feldman, Kharkiv residents address the parliamentarian mostly due to the problems with housing and public utilities, for the assistance with the matters of dispute with local and state authorities, for legal assistance. People also come with projects aimed at the development of their district. In particular, Natalia Trubitsyna together with her neighbours in the house situated on Zemovska str. told Oleksandr Feldman about their trouble: there was a fire because of one of their neighbours, and the roof of the house burnt down almost completely. The problem is aggravated with the fact that the house appeared to be “ownerless”: it belonged to the plant before, but when it has been removed from the plant’s property, it was not registered as a municipal property. The MP ordered the workers of the constituency office to take part in the solution of these problems.
81-year-old Valentyna Oleksiivna cannot solve her problem with the Pension Fund for more than a year: earlier, she was paid bigger pension, but then she started to obtain the minimum one, while there were no clear explanation of the reasons for this, she is sure, injustice. The MP’s official address must help gain an understanding of this situation.
Problems also caused Liudmyla Rozhkova to come to the MP’s office. She faced the problem of all Kharkiv residents with diabetes: for more than a year, the patients’ needs in insulin are not satisfied by the city. “We communicate with the residents of other regions, and the need in insulin is 90-100% satisfied there. There is no other region like Kharkiv with only 30%. It is difficult for us both financially, as the medicine is quite expensive, and morally, because of this attitude to people with diabetes in the city,” she emphasized.
During the current term, the total of 16,321 persons addressed the constituency office of MP Oleksandr Feldman. 10,475 applications, including 426 collective ones, were accepted for consideration. 38 personal receptions were carried out, and 2,787 issues were considered by Oleksandr Feldman personally.
