On Sunday, the Host, the Hostess and the Goat in the company of cheerful skomorokhs on stilts became masters of a holiday that took place in Feldman Ecopark. Having got acquainted with hospitable masters, the guests of the Regional Landscape Park were able to gather own Christmas presents, passing through 5 stages.
On the first stage (master class), the guests learned to create a New Year’s packaging for the presents which they got as a treats upon successful completion of the remaining four stages. On the second stage, “Speed walker Stilt walker”, the participants were required to master stilt walking and to pass an Olympic distance on them over time. Then, at the stage “Tamer”, the Feldman Ecopark’s guests had to jump over a giant skipping rope. The next stage, “Smart as paint” gave an opportunity to show inventiveness by finding answers to New Year’s riddles. Finally, at the fifth stage, “Koliad-koliad-koliadnitsa”Christmas carols and Ukrainian folk songs were sung with accompaniment of an accordion.
“We are glad that, despite such not festive weather, so many people came to the Ecopark to celebrate one of the most loved holidays among people. The celebration of Christmas has deep traditions, and we tried to make this holiday in Feldman Ecopark cheerful and unforgettable in keeping with folk customs” — the organizers of the entertainment program say.
Besides, it was possible to connect with national Christmas traditions in the Christmas Village where the experts in folk ornamental decorative arts held master classes for all visitors wishing to master sophisticated art of memento creation.
Traditionally, on the first Sunday of month, the B-Day was celebrated in Feldman Ecopark. The December birthday men, having registered by the organizers, could celebrate Birthday once again and receive gifts from the Feldman Ecopark. In addition, on weekend each and every visitor tasted tea with honey and cracknels absolutely for free.
