Feldman Ecopark will prepare to New Year and celebrate International Day of Animal Rights

This weekend, December 9-10, Feldman Ecopark will hold a cheerful winter holiday before the New Year.

“It is not important that there is no snow so far. New Year is coming, and it is necessary to prepare to it as much as possible! A skilled winter entertainer Olaf the Snowman and his friends will teach everyone to properly sing and dance in a ring, to solve the most difficult riddles of Santa Claus and to play active winter games!” the organizers of the festivities tell. Children and adults will be able to demonstrate their talents during the game programme “Magic Snowflake” with thematic games prepared by the Ecopark’s entertaining group. The “Animal School” from the Theatre of Children and Animals will be waiting for the smallest visitors.

Moreover, an international post office will continue its work in Ecopark. It accepts letters sent to winter wizards of different nations – Father Christmas and Saint Nicholas, Santa Claus, Père Noël and Joulupukki: it is possible to ask presents for the New Year from any of them!

As for those who are afraid to be frozen and catch a cold during the open-air December walks, the pleasant and healthy surprise will be waiting for them: a Wonder-samovar, which warms and gives strength. The visitors to Ecopark will be treated not only with tea, but also with round cracknels with honey.

On Sunday, December 10, Feldman Ecopark will celebrate the International Day of Animal Rights. The serious trial is waiting for the young visitors, who are dreaming about a four-legged friend: hamster, turtle, raccoon, or kitten. To prove that they really love animals and know how to take care of them, the kids will pass an exam “Right to a Friend.” Those, who pass it successfully, will be awarded with special certificates entitling them to ask Santa Claus for this friend.

The surprise has also been prepared for the fans of funny science: the visitors to Ecopark will not only learn about the weirdest and unbelievable inventions – the laureates of the Ig Nobel Prize, but will also be able to watch a scientific experiment, which tries out these discoveries.
