Felrman: I am not a proponent of snap elections today. However, in case there is no way out, it is necessary to ‘reboot’

The snap parliamentary elections and the reboot of authorities may be the way out of the current situation in the country.

This was stated by the Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Feldman in the air of the Radio Era.

“I am not a proponent of snap elections. However, in case there is no way out, it is necessary to ‘reboot’. There is no need to be afraid of it,” the parliamentarian said.

According to his words, it is currently difficult to conduct elections in the country. This requires a lot of money. But, “if there is no reboot and there are no agreements”, this will negatively influence not only the situation in the country, but its image in the world as well.

Mr. Feldman urges the politicians to stop promoting themselves and solving their personal interests, and to start coming to mutual understanding and working for the country.

“The Parliament is very polar today. Everyone is trying to create the next election situation advantageous for him or her. This is definitely the crime against the country,” Mr. Feldman considers.

The MP does not exclude the resignation of the Government. “The current work of the Cabinet of Ministers is not convenient for people, and it is not supported by the Parliament,” the parliamentarian notes.

Oleksandr Feldman considers it is important to change the attitude of the ministers to their position.

“Those, who become ministers, must forget about his or her political affiliation. It is necessary to think together with the Prime Minister only about those reforms, which should be implemented by the Cabinet of Ministers. Without any political constituent. We haven’t managed to do this yet,” the MP considers.

According to his words, if the Government and the Parliament are not able to come to an agreement and to start working efficiently, not only the resignation of the Government, but also the dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada should not be ruled out.
