In 2017, All-Ukrainian Service for Wild, Exotic and Domestic Animals Rescue “Feldman Ecopark Good Home” continues its cooperation with mini-shelters for animals in the city of Kharkiv and Kharkiv oblast. The head of Feldman Ecopark Good Home Iryna Podvoiska told that last week, the volunteers of the Service delivered nearly 300kg of food for animals to 15 mini-shelters situated in Kharkiv and the outlying districts. It is planned to deliver the same amount of aid in the near future.
“Winter is a very difficult time for both stray animals left outside, and those of them who were lucky to obtain temporary shelter from caring people. The animals in the mini-shelters opened by volunteers constantly need assistance and support. It is necessary to feed and warm all of them. Therefore, we always try to help them as much as we can,” Iryna Podvoiska noted. “We deliver not only food to the mini-shelters, but also different necessary items for animals, which were gathered by our friends and the partners of Feldman Ecopark Good Home: for example, grooming products and such things as blankets, warm clothes, hay, doghouses, which help warming the four-legged friends.”
It should be reminded that All-Ukrainian Service for Wild, Exotic and Domestic Animals Rescue “Feldman Ecopark Good Home” treats, rehabilitates and finds home for animals during more than 3 years. The Service rescued thousands of pets and wildlife animals. During the year of cooperation with mini-shelters for animals in the city of Kharkiv and the close regions of Kharkiv oblast, Good Home delivered over 12.5 tons of food and grooming products.
