Active weekend took place in Feldman Ecopark

Unusual, but very interesting and cheerful active games, creative master classes, noble fast horse riding and new feathered residents in the petting zoo – all that was available for the visitors to the Social and Humanitarian Multi-Complex Feldman Ecopark last weekend.

According to the organizers of the games, which took place at the main location of Feldman Ecopark, “active outdoor activities are what the city residents need.” The participants of an unusual “Ball(o)on!-Show” (or “Shar-ah!-show”) were able to try their strength and dexterity in such unique games as Reverse Football or Wet Volleyball. Wet Games, which have already became traditional for this summer, also took place: on Saturday, when the weather was especially hot, water pumps and a hose were used.

At the Horse Complex, everyone over 12 was offered to have a free Percheron ride. “The horses of this breed are famous for the especially smooth walk. During the ride, we have several minutes to tell about the peculiarities of these noble representatives of the horse family, about their origin, behavior and relations with humans,” the head of Feldman Ecopark’s humanitarian programmes Iryna Yavorska told. As for those, who are too young yet, they were able to ride a pony and feel themselves real riders.

At the Rabbit Farm, the petting zoo was enriched with ducklings and chickens. Young fans of the nature were able to take care of and feed them under supervision of young naturalists.

The creative master classes, which are always held in Feldman Ecopark on weekends, this time, were devoted to the creation of cards with hedgehogs. The open-air art studio made it possible to expand creative horizons. Now, the artists can use not only pencils and felt-tip pens, but also paints and stamps.

Within the campaign “The Art Saves,” the performance by young musicians took place at the improvised gallery, the violin played. The music also sounded at the pavilion near the Swan Lake, where everyone together with the solo saxophonist was able to feel harmony with the nature. The run bike rental for the little ones was also open during the weekend, and the Theatre of Children and Animals made a fantastic performance “The Land of Oz.”
