Children of participants of Donbas Joint Forces Operation from town of Lozova and Lozova region (Kharkiv oblast) visited Feldman Eсopark on June 12. The travel of 100 children aged from 8 up to 14 years was made possible by support of Local Charitable Foundation “Patrioty”.
“Not first year we bring children in the Feldman Ecopark. Last year we brought children from needy families. This time we’ve attracted another category, – children of ATO veterans. As always, all children enjoy staying here” — trustee of the Charitable Organization “All-Ukrainian Charitable Foundation Patrioty” Olga Fedchenko told.
“During the summer season school excursions not only from different districts of the Kharkiv oblast, but also from all over Ukraine arrive in Feldman Ecopark almost daily. Certainly, we pay special attention to children of ATO veterans. The Centre for Psychosocial Rehabilitation created specific programme for people with special needs, while everyone is able to have a rest, communicate with the nature and animals, recreate and recover health here” — the deputy director Feldman Ecopark Andrii Stronov emphasized.
The specialists of the Social and Humanitarian Multi-Complex conducted an informative tour for the guests from Lozova and Lozova region, have acquainted them with animals from the Ecopark’s zoo collection. Besides, they were able to interact closely with inhabitants of our Contact Yard and Horse Сomplex. And, by good tradition, the guests were treated with fragrant field porridge.
