During the weekend, April 21-22, Feldman Ecopark is going to massively celebrate a wonderful spring holiday – the International Earth Day.
During these days, the Social and Humanitarian Multi-Complex invites everyone to join the campaign “Careful! Battery!” “Batteries contain the whole bunch of hazardous substances, and one tiny battery pollutes the area of 20 sq.m. during its decomposition! That is why we decided to open the battery collection centre. Everyone, who brings 20 batteries, will get an interesting prize from Feldman Ecopark,” the organizers of the event tell.
Moreover, the weekend offers an open-air art studio with thematic colouring devoted to the topic “My Green Planet,” a game programme for kids “Let’s Preserve the Planet Clean and Beautiful!”, singing together with entertainers Michael Jackson’s song We are the world, and opening of the children’s run bike rental centre. In addition, the visitors to Ecopark will be able to take part in games, dances, ecological quiz, and master classes in souvenir creation. The pavement drawing competition “The World that I Need” will take place on Sunday. The Theatre of Children and Animals will offer thematic performances devoted to Earth Day and Primrose Day.
A colourful thematic photo zone will be arranged for all selfie fans, while everyone who wants to take professional photos will be able to do this in a photo studio with a professional photographer. The photos will be printed immediately and hung out for a ‘photo drying’ where the models to be able to take them.
Moreover, on Sunday, Feldman Ecopark will host the celebration of the 106th anniversary by the representatives of Kharkiv’s Plast – Ukrainian scout organization (the event starts at noon). They will deploy a tent camp, where everyone will be able to feel the atmosphere of Plast and to attend a Tyrolean traverse, charitable fair, games, amusements and master classes, and to try food and listen to singing to the guitar near the campfire.
