New Year holidays are getting closer… We’ve already begun celebrating Yuletide last weekend. On this occasion, Koliada and the beginning of Christmastide took place in the Regional Landscape Park.
Last weekend the visitors were welcomed by the main winter character of the Feldman Ecopark ,Olaf the Snowman, together with the Host and the Hostess, inviting children and adults to join participants of the holiday game program “Come New Year’s Eve!!!” or to visit a master class in production of flat and holographic snowflakes.
Young guests of the Feldman Ecopark were able to show the knowledge of ancestral customs. For this purpose, the real folk hut appeared on one of paths, having knocked on which and having sung a Christmas carol, children won tasty gifts for tea which is given free of charge for all visitors of the Feldman Ecopark this winter.
On Sunday, the New Year’s morning performance for the smallest pupils of the Children’s Ecology and Nature Study Academy of the Feldman Ecopark took place on the Horse Complex. “Father Frost and the Snow Maiden came to congratulate our 50 smallest young naturalists. All together, they called winter on the central location and danced in a round. Besides, the children were riding ponies and burros.” the head of humanitarian projects of Feldman Ecopark Iryna Yavorska told. Besides, the Circus studio and the Theatre of Children and Animals of the Feldman Ecopark showed the new winter program.
