In the first fall weekend, on September 2 and 3, the spot-on Healthy weekend programme will be presented on the Art Picnic in Feldman Ecopark. How not to catch cold at the turn of seasons, from 11 o’clock in the morning till late evening the participants of the Art Picnic will show and tell about creative protection against autumn melancholy, the heightened control over children’s health and other secrets of body strengthening.
Creativity was the first thing that the organizers of the art project focused on: that is omnipotent and ever effective medicine which is capable to save your mood and therefore your health this fall! The master classes in ballroom dances, acting skills as well as creation of beads and handicrafts from grain, jeans bracelets, dolls and even flowers, an improbable tea drinking from the Literary museum and a big musical concert with the participation of StereoFly, by Maryland, VETKA, Jungleman, Zagreb bands are planned. Besides, on Saturday, September 2, at 17:00 the meeting with the famous expert in the orchestics, the head of the city ballroom dance club “Silhouette” Hennadiy Khavkin will be held on the Art Picnic in Feldman Ecopark.
A special place in the programme is allocated to sport for good reason! Many of us hesitate to join the healthy movement, others are afraid and the third just laze. The sports justice will be found on each audience. The opportunity to choose among ten events such as morning exercises “Healthy and Cheerful”, master classes in soccer and poing, scout sports games, yoga, Zumba, BodyArt Flow and many others will be presented.
Besides, a series of the most useful master classes and meetings for children and their beautiful mothers: dialogue with the pediatrician Sergii Akinshin, talks with parents about healthy lifestyle from the Ukrainian scouts, “Dream” art and therapeutic exercises with the children from the Five Tops studio.
