On March 24, the workers of the International Charitable Foundation “Oleksandr Feldman Foundation” delivered the first batch of the assistance to the residents of Balakliia (Kharkiv oblast), who were forced to leave their homes in connection with the emergency situation at the arsenal.
Together with Balmoloko LLC, they handed over nearly 7.5 tons of dairy products: 3 tons of milk, 2 tons of baked milk, 1.5 tons of kefir, 500kg of sour cream, 150kg of butter and curds each, 120kg of cheese. These products were delivered by the representatives of the Foundation to the cenres of assistance collection in the premises of the Administration of Labour and Social Protection of Bakallia Regional State Administration. It will be distributed in the places of temporary accommodation of the resettled residents of the city.
“Today, we brought dairy products, which are, first of all, needed by the families with children and the elderly. To help people in difficult situation, who were force to live their homes, is one of the main tasks of our Foundation,” the press release of the ICF “Oleksandr Feldman Foundation” states. “Of course, our assistance to the residents of Bakallia is not limited with this. The next delivery of the assistance is planned for tomorrow.”
With the second delivery, they are going to bring those items, which were gathered by the concerned citizens of Kharkiv in the collection points in Feldman Ecopark, AVEC Gallery, the reception office of the ICF “Oleksandr Feldman Foundation,” and in the Barabashovo TC.
It should be reminded that in order to render assistance to the victims of the emergency situation, the resources of Feldman Ecopark will be also used. The special programme was prepared for the families from the emergency zone, including special visits with hot dinners and maximum abilities for recreation and recovery, while everyone will also be able to undergo the rehabilitation course carried out by the specialists of the Centre of Psychosocial Rehabilitation.
