Attention! Provocation! Unknown stray animal hunters use the name of Feldman Ecopark as a cover.
The workers of Ecopark found out that on Thursday, December 15, in Derhachi town (Kharkiv oblast), people, who caught dogs, said that they were the members of Feldman Ecopark. They said to local residents that the caught stray animals would be brought to the Regional Landscape Park for their further settlement or mercy killing (euthanasia).
This case is not single, as the similar information has been given earlier by the residents of Kharkiv. We consider this a provocation aimed at Feldman Ecopark’s reputation damage.
Feldman Ecopark officially states that it supports exceptionally humane methods of control of the number of stray animals; it has never caught stray animals, and moreover, it has never signed the relevant agreements with local authorities.
All-Ukrainian Service for Wild, Exotic and Domestic Animals Rescue “Feldman Ecopark Good Home,” which helps stray animals for years, only helps to find new home for stray cats, dogs and other animals.
We ask people to be vigilant, and in case of the unauthorized capture of stray animals by strange people to immediately call the police.
