“A fake comment on my behalf spread in the mass media is the attack on me as a politician and the attempt to discredit me.”
This is the response of the Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Feldman to the fake comment on his behalf published by several Internet resources concerning the necessity to provide the city of Kharkiv with the special status.
According to Mr. Feldman, the appearance of this information may be the attempt to shake peace, quiet and stability in Kharkiv.
“There is no need to read between the lines. I have always declared and declare that my native city – Kharkiv – is the special one. This is the excellent city of scientists and workers, businessmen and artists, the city where hospitable and tolerant people live. I have supported and support decentralization, because I am sure that this will provide additional opportunities for the development of Kharkiv, the interests of which I have protected and will always protect. Peace and unity are the main postulates I have appealed to and will never get tired to appeal to,” the MP noted.
At the same time, Oleksandr Feldman does not rule out that the initiator for this fake’s spreading may be dishonourable people encountered from time to time.
The AVEC press service informed that the recent inspection of the Barabashovo trading centre detected some unscrupulous people who swindled the entrepreneurs. Their work at the Barabashovo was stopped.
“Now, this cluster of people appeals to all authorities trying to return by all means,” the press service noted.
The press service does not rule out that the spreading of the fake information with the purpose to discredit the honorable president of the Concern AVEC and Co. PJSC Oleksandr Feldman may be connected with this incident.
