Children from the Club of young naturalists of the Feldman Ecopark will take part in two very important all-Ukrainian competitions in Kyiv. Young scientists will share the results of their researches on the all-Ukrainian competition “Intel Eco Ukraine”, and on the all-Ukrainian competition of young zoologists and breeders. Children are going to present the following works: “Enrichment of parrots’ habitat in captivity”, “Influence of different music genres on teenagers’ memory”, and “Ability of ungulates for extrapolation.”
“Our young naturalists worked on their research projects during about three years. These were long and laborious hours of observations, experiments and theoretical studies,” told the head of the Club of young naturalists Svitlana Pavlenko. “The participation in similar all-Ukrainian competitions is not new for us. We have already won top places. That is why we hope that this year will bring us new victories, because children applied many efforts to make these works.”
It should be noted that if young naturalists of the Feldman Ecopark win among contestants of the “Intel Eco Ukraine”, they will be entitled to represent the country and their projects during the international final, Intel International Science and Engineering Fair, one of the most prestigious competitions in the world.
