People are forced to literally struggle during the majority of the meetings with their deputies, states the Ukrainian MP, co-chairman of the political party “Nash Krai”, Oleksandr Feldman.
“Cynicism and indifference, together with bureaucracy are the scourge of our time. Each official must remember that he or she serves people. And people must not ‘cover kilometers’ and spend hours in the reception rooms trying to get what they should legally have. And the worst thing is that many of them address to a people’s deputy with the last hope! Although, in 80% of cases, the question may be solved by qualitative performance of the duties by state officials,” Oleksandr Feldman noted.
It should be reminded that the office of Oleksandr Feldman is open on a regular basis during 18 years. On average, over 3,000 applications are processed there per year.
