The main event of autumn starts on October 5 and will last the whole month. The organizers promise to surprise guests of the annual autumn show pleasantly and to set a new record.
The Chrysanthemum Ball in Feldman Ecopark starts on the first weekend of October and will traditionally be timed to coincide with Teacher’s Day. Kharkiv citizens and guests from all over Ukraine, as well as from foreign countries will be able to become participants of the long-awaited flower fairy show for the eighth time. This year, they will be able to see even more beautiful fresh chrysanthemums of the most exquisite forms and colors, new floristic compositions and other fantastic art objects. According to specialists, who have already started preparations, the current Chrysanthemum Ball promises to break previous own records and will continue until the end of October, if weather conditions permit.
“We’ll make sure the guests of our Ball do not remain disappointed. The number of Autumn Queens will rise by several thousand; there will be new interesting species of chrysanthemums. Story compositions and sculptures from flowers that had not been previously created in Ecopark will become a real surprise. However, it is too early to disclose the details – all in good time, “- the main landscape architect of Feldman Ecopark Mykola Dvoretskyi decided to keep everyone intrigued.
According to the organizers of the Chrysanthemum Ball, its opening should traditionally turn into a bright festive marathon: rich entertainment programme is planned for adults and children, in which all locations and activities Feldman Ecopark will be involved.
It should be reminded that the Chrysanthemum Ball in Feldman Ecopark is Ukraine’s largest flower festival. It is held every year under the auspices of the International Charitable Foundation “Oleksandr Feldman Foundation” since 2012. Last year, about 600,000 guests arrived to admire 40,000 chrysanthemums of 25 species. The Chrysanthemum Ball in Feldman Ecopark traditionally lasts until frosts, and you can visit it absolutely free of charge.
