It is important for Ukraine to develop the free-trade area with Israel, as it will possibly influence the economies of both countries. This opinion was expresses by Ukrainian MP, the chairman of the interfactional parliamentary union \u201cUkraine-Israel Parliamentary Friendship Group\u201d Oleksandr Feldman commenting the official visit of Ukraine\u2019s President Petro Poroshenko to the Holy Land.<\/p>\n
Mr. Feldman noted that Israel is a strategically important partner for Ukraine, and the similar steps towards rapprochement between the two countries will influence the investment attractiveness of Ukraine and help to attract additional budget revenues.<\/p>\n
The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has called the day of Agreement signing a historical event. \u201cIt is a historical day, because we have destroyed all barriers in our economic relations,\u201d Mr. Poroshenko noted.<\/p>\n
