Unidentified person opened fire near the building of the Kharkiv City Council. He took the life of the 29-year-old patrolman and got himself killed. The reasons of this crime are unknown, and might never be known. The investigation, identification of the criminal and living circumstances, possible conclusions about protection and safety of office buildings \u2013 all this will be conducted in process of time. According to him, special search of the main conclusion is not required, it is hidden in plain sight. Society is unsuccessful. It is infected with despair and violence. This violence is sloped out on streets, and turns our cities into the dangerous jungle where it is impossible to be weak and unarmed because the threat lurks around every corner \u2014 the politician emphasized.<\/p>\n
