The Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Feldman offers to oblige the former owner of an apartment house to take part in the organization and the financing of the first major repairs of the house after it becomes condominium.<\/p>\n
The relevant draft Law of Ukraine \u201cOn amendment of the Law of Ukraine \u201cOn condominium\u201d (Concerning the obligation of the former owner of an apartment house to take part in the organization and the financing of the first major repairs of the house after it becomes condominium)\u201d was registered today in the Verkhovna Rada.<\/p>\n
The MP explained that the relevant regulation has existed in the legislation earlier. However, in May 2015 it was excluded from the condominium law. According to his words, the absence of this regulation impedes the creation of many condominiums, as the residents understand that they will not be able to make major repairs independently under the present crisis conditions. \u201cI am sure that the former owner\u2019s participation in the major repairs \u2013 whether it is a city or an enterprise \u2013 shall significantly facilitate the financial load of house residents creating condominium,\u201d Mr. Feldman considers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
