The Equine-Assisted Therapy for Everyone project, which is implemented on the basis of the Feldman Ecopark Centre of Psychosocial Rehabilitation for the fourth year and directed to assist children and adults with various diseases and disorders with the help of horses starts a new season on April 24.<\/p>\n
“Since the beginning of the project’s implementation, about 900 children with special needs of a psychological and neurologic spectrum of violations received rehabilitation assistance. The work of the Feldman Ecopark Centre of Psychosocial Rehabilitation including the Equine-Assisted Therapy for Everyone project is directed to correction of the behavioral sphere, emotional self-control that promotes adaptation of the child in society. Such lessons give positive emotions both to children, and members of their families ” \u2014 the head of the medical service of the Centre Inna Vashkite told.<\/p>\n
The lessons within the Equine-Assisted Therapy for Everyone project will take place in the Feldman Ecopark Centre of Psychosocial Rehabilitation every day, except Sundays and Mondays. It is possible to arrange preliminary appointment by phone 066 14 33 725.<\/p>\n
It should be reminded that the Centre of Psychosocial Rehabilitation started its work in 2013. The professional psychologists and psychotherapists provide complex psychological and social assistance to children and teenagers with mental disorders, deviant bahaviour, and to the families, who encountered difficult circumstances. It also works with the IDPs from the ATO zone, the defenders of Ukraine and their relatives.
