Ecopark-style Groundhog Day will be celebrated in the Regional Landscape Park on Sunday, February 4. In addition, Feldman Ecopark invites everyone who was born in January to celebrate the joint birthday cheerfully.<\/p>\n
\u201cPhil, the American groundhog and Timka, Kharkiv\u2019s bobak marmot are the known forecasters, which predict the beginning of spring. However, the animals of other species may be good and, above all, funny forecasters as well! Our guests will be able to make sure of this by attending a performance by the Theatre of Children and Animals devoted to fortune telling about the spring early or late coming this year (the performance starts at 12.30 p.m.). Such smart animals as a pig or a crow can do this just as well as the half-awake groundhogs or even much more effective. As for our actors, they will do everything possible for the weather foretelling to become an unforgettable show by preparing some cheerful surprises,\u201d the organizers of the holiday tell.<\/p>\n
Moreover, a traditional B-day will be celebrated in Ecopark on Sunday as well. All children aged 3 to 10 (the parents should take the copy of child\u2019s birth certificate), who were born in January, will be able to register and take part in the cheerful holiday with funny entertainers, games, competitions and, of course, presents. They will learn to create a DIY crown and, if the weather allows, will have a dog sled ride, meet a camel, and will be able to attend the Theatre of Children and Animals, the Horse Complex or the Cat House (optional). The registration starts at 11 a.m., and the holiday starts at 11.40 a.m.<\/p>\n
In addition, during the whole weekend, the visitors to Feldman Ecopark will be able to take part in games and master classes, to play board games, to walk around the winter forest and to communicate with the animals from the animal collection of Ecopark.
