The first weekend of this autumn was devoted to health at Art Picnic in Feldman Ecopark. Healthy Weekend gathered the record number of useful events in Kharkiv making it is possible for the participants of the project to choose the activities according to their taste and strength. The talks with doctors about children\u2019s health, the elements of fencing, ballroom dances from scratch, open-air yoga, scout games, proper nutrition and training analysis \u2013 more than 70 free events introduced the residents of Kharkiv to healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n
\u201cMany people usually think that only summer is the time to get prepared to something new and interesting. But autumn is also a big start: children go to school; someone finds a new job or a new hobby. And we wanted to show that autumn is a great season to take care of own health, to pay attention to personal development,\u201d the coordinator of the project of Art Picnic Alla Tymoshenko told. \u201cOur Healthy Weekend was devoted to healthy lifestyle, which is close not only to sport, bur to good general state.\u201d<\/p>\n
The children\u2019s zone gave a lot of creative opportunities for the little friends: games with scouts, painting lessons, master classes in 3D pen painting, as well as felting of bead and plaits using the natural sheep wool. In the Art Open Air location, the street art studio continued its activities, where every child and his\/her parents were able to feel themselves painters and to let their imagination run free.<\/p>\n
The Sport direction entertained the guests with the incredible meetings with fitness trainers, choreographers, fencers, scouts, and yoga instructors.<\/p>\n
Moreover, within the Healthy Weekend everyone fortified health with useful information. There were the talks \u201cOccupational Choice\u201d with Be Profy, \u201cHealthy Child\u201d with pediatrician Serhii Akinshin, \u201cEnergy for Life and Success. Efficient Tools. Meditation.\u201d With the Sport and Fitness Centre \u201cUnifekht,\u201d time management training \u201cTime as Inspiration\u201d with the head of the CF \u201cA Little Fire\u201d Viktoriia Nesterenko.<\/p>\n
The final element of the Healthy Weekend was an open-air film show and a concert with the participation of incomparable hosts Show Women Kharkov and music bands StereoFly, Jungleman, VETKA, Maryland, and Zagreb music.
