Feldman Ecopark and the Green School, within the joint project, invite everyone to visit the Regional Landscape Park on July 29 for a family Saturday clean-up aimed at the improvement of nesting-places for birds and bats. The campaign will be carried out within the framework of the project \u201cOne Million Bird Houses in Ukraine.\u201d Its organizers set a goal to make the biodiversity protection and preservation movement massive in our country. According to their words, the houses for birds were already hung on Trukhaniv Island in Kyiv, and now the capital passes the baton to Kharkiv.<\/p>\n
\u201cThanks to the active human \u2018concern\u2019 for the nature, bats and birds settle not in places, which are better for them, but where they can. Our project helps bats and birds to find housing \u2013 we actively mount houses on trees across the country! As for Kharkiv, we\u2019ve selected Feldman Ecopark, as there is a wonderful green territory here, where it is possible to safely hang houses for birds and bat for a long time. The Centre of Cheiroptera Rehabilitation and the project \u201cLet\u2019s Save Birds Together,\u201d which help to preserve biodiversity, are functioning here,\u201d the Green School explained their choice. \u201cCome to Feldman Ecopark, put your questions to volunteers and specialists, bring birds and bats, which need care and professional treatment, and take part in various events.
