In the past weekend volunteers and curators of the Art Picnic by Slava Frolova began practical preparation for the start of the project: to establish creative locations \u2014 future places for the Feldman Ecopark’s guests to rest, communicate, exchange of experience, knowledge and good mood. It should be reminded, the opening of a mega event of the Kharkiv summer will be held pretty soon \u2013 on August 5.<\/p>\n
“Within 3 hours of the volunteer picnic we managed to cut the whole bag of pennants, to show the locations of activities to future skippers of the directions and volunteers info helpers and also to help with unloading of pallets under street furniture \u2014 the Art Picnic Weekends project in Feldman Ecopark curator Alla Tymoshenko summed up the first results of the weekend. \u2014 By the way, those who know how to screw, saw and make various handicrafts of improvised materials, come to us! We need your help! There is a brilliant idea \u2014 to make busyboards for children!”<\/p>\n
According to the organizers, not only volunteers, but also their families and friends who arrived together with their children participated in the event. While adults cut pennants for garlands and decoration of locations, members of the rising generation spied out the land with an eye for terrain. Pretty soon, they will be able to participate in different master classes in the children’s zone of the Art Picnic Weekends in Feldman Ecopark.<\/p>\n
For its part, the team of the Art Picnic urged everyone to join implementation of various creative ideas, in particular, to creation of street library and beyond.<\/p>\n
“Let us together search refrigerators for book crossing, collect books for street library, make furniture for future gatherings, search materials for master classes and just to tell the acquaintances and friends about our unique project” \u2014 Alla Tymoshenko calls.<\/p>\n
