On July 9, at St. John the Baptist\u2019s Day celebration in the Feldman E\u0441opark our guests found a floriferous fern which promises the finder a tremendous strength and good luck. Searching for a mythical inflorescence is the ancient tradition of east Slavs who believed that this plant comes into bloom once a year \u2014 in festive night on St. John the Baptist\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n
“We took care that these magic bushes have kept inflorescences since the festive night \u2014the organizers told with a smile. \u2014 In fact, we’ve created these flowers manually to bring our guests a small and quite tangible fairy tale. The ferns were hiding in three locations in the Feldman Ecopark and their searches have become a key issue of the festive quest. The players found our flowers according to the map and made selfies with them. In the end the participants received guaranteed prizes – the branded souvenirs from the Ecopark”.<\/p>\n
Except a fern, the legend says that all plants find miraculous strength on this feast. In the Feldman Ecopark many girls with craftswomen from the Association of Large Families \u201cAMMA\u201d enthusiastically twisted wreaths, decorating them with herbs and flowers. By the way, in ancient times the Ukrainian beauties created floral decorations from the plants derived in their parterres. The young man in love, knowing each floret from his darling’s parterre could easily recognize her composition, catch a wreath from the river and try to win the owner’s heart. The Ecopark’s guests sailed wreaths and candle skips on a pond with thoughts to find the most eligible bachelor and other wishes.<\/p>\n
The holiday finished with a festive stage show: Nixie with his graceful navs welcomed the guests directly from the boat. The guests together with mythical characters played, sang songs and jumped through fire on the Three Lakes beach. This day the Theatre of Children and Animals showed wonderful performance “The night on St. John the Baptist\u2019s Day” and folk music groups played for the visitors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
